President

Joe Docter is the President and Owner of the #1 Pillar To Post franchise in North America, where he leads a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience in the home inspection industry. Known for his understanding and fun leadership style, Joe has built a culture centered on trust, growth, and doing things the right way, without taking things too seriously.

Joe is also widely recognized in the industry for his engaging, interactive continuing education courses that bring energy and real-world insight to real estate professionals. His sessions are designed to be practical, memorable, and enjoyable, helping agents stay informed while actually having fun in the process.

A St. Louis native, Joe lives in Kirkwood with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking (especially creating custom live edge tables and one-of-a-kind pieces) as well as barbecuing, cooking, and spending time with family.

Brandon Fritsche
Home Inspector

Brandon is a dedicated Home Inspector with Pillar To Post, known for his unwavering commitment to client trust and delivering exceptionally thorough reports. Combining a lifelong foundation of hands-on construction experience—including concrete, framing, roofing, and flooring—Brandon brings a practical, expert eye to every inspection, ensuring no detail is overlooked. He prides himself on his ability to clearly communicate complex findings, making the inspection process straightforward and stress-free for his clients. With a reputation for hard work and integrity honed by years of physical labor, Brandon ensures every client receives the detailed information they need to make the most important purchasing decisions.

Lukas Keip
Home Inspector

Lukas was born and raised the Midwest; originally from Southern IL (Mount Vernon). Leaving home by age of 19, he enlisting in United States Marine Corps with 4 years active duty and 2 years Reserve infantry unit in St. Louis. Honor, Courage, and Commitment are Core values Lukas lives by. Married in 2023, Lukas has Twin boys born on Dec 30th, 2024 on Dec 30th. Dedicated father and dedicated citizen to better local lives through Pillar to Post Alliance Team.

Nick Barrett
Home Inspector

Nick is a committed home inspector with Pillar To Post, bringing a hands‑on, detail‑driven approach shaped by 20 years as an automotive technician. Nick was born and raised in Jackson, Missouri, where he lives with his wife and their two daughters. His mechanical background gives him a sharp eye for systems, safety, and long‑term reliability, skills he now applies to every inspection he performs. Outside of work, Nick enjoys riding motorcycles, music, gardening, birdwatching, and raising backyard chickens. He loves helping families feel confident in their home‑buying decisions and is proud to serve the community he grew up in.

Bernie Nunn
Client Care Specialist

Bernie Nunn was born and raised in Peoria, IL, before moving to St. Louis in 2007.  She has a BA in English from Truman State University and has experience as a real estate transaction coordinator.  Bernie spent nine years in physician recruitment before joining the team. This experience, along with her real estate background, has proven to be a welcome addition to the CSR staff.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica Hemenway
Client Care Specialist

Jessica is originally from Illinois, but has lived in St. Louis for the last 25 years. Jessica has spent the last 13 years working in the real estate industry, specifically in the areas of real estate appraisals, residential home sales, and renovations. With her extensive background in real estate, she is a welcome addition to The Chad Borah Team. Jessica has two energetic children who keep her on her toes. In her down time, she enjoys photography, reading, music, playing outside with her kids and exploring St. Louis.
